Gertrude Kerbis

Gerturde Kerbis is a pioneering Chicago architect and woman… a modernist through and through. Beginning in the 1950s when she produced projects for Skidmore, Owens, and Merrill to the award winning buildings she developed and designed in her own firm. Gertrude is a force to be reckoned with. The recipient of the 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Institute of Architects.
